This is totally some protein rich recipe which is also high in fiber, low in glycemic. So, it is a perfect suitable match for people who have diabetes patients, thyroid patients and PCOS patients.

So the first step whole making this Healthy Moong Dal Chilla for weight Loss , we are going to add about 1 tsp of olive oil, you can use it regular olive oil, there is no need for virgin oil. I’m going to add about a teaspoon of cumin once it’s hot. Now cumin has a lot of medicinal properties especially when it comes to gas, bloating, acidic it is really beneficial, so don’t forget to add this ingredient. Once the cumin crackles we are going to add the chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped tomato, I’m using about 2-3 tablespoons of each, lightly in the pan. I am going to keep the veggies crunchy and make sure they keep that texture.

This is one of the best Weight loss recipes for breakfast , now this is going to be the filling of this moong dal chilla. so, let’s start with this recipe which  will take about one to two minutes on high flame and once the vegetable has cooked. I am going to add about one tablespoon 20 grams of chopped paneer into it. If you want you can even add Tofu into your chilla making it a  complete healthy  dish.

For the filling So after lightly roosted in the paneer I am adding about 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder and adding  a pinch of salt, once that is done, I am going to switch off the gas and completely take it out into separate bowl for it to cool down.
